This site is located between the Campbells Run and Coomonderry Ridge sub-divisions. Council have advised the application and plans will be placed on Public Exhibition from 15 April to 15 May. Some information is currently available on Councils DA Tracking website under reference RA20/1000.
The Development has been through various State Government review processes and a number of amendments made to earlier available information. It now consists of 31 residential lots ranging in size from approximately 10,000 sqm to approximately 23,000 sqm with a single large lot of 42,000 sqm incorporating Jim’s Forest. All properties will front internal roads with two entry/exit roads to Beach Road.
