Council review of Tourist Accommodation & Temporary Function Centre Loopholes
The Review will be reported to the 7 April Development Committee meeting. Councillors will decide if the LEP and DCP need amendments.
The review is driven by Berry Forum proposals aimed at addressing loopholes in the LEP that are open to exploitation for significant financial gain.
DA for Multi-Dwelling in Parker Crescent, Huntingdale
On 26 February, Council held a Residents Briefing at the School of Arts for the proposed multi-dwelling development consisting of five detached dwellings on a half acre lot at 52 Parker Crescent. More than sixty people attended and there was overwhelming opposition to the proposal.
