Transition to an Accredited Community Forum
Council is adopting the Accredited Community Forum (ACF) model, which requires all CCBs to be incorporated. The Berry Forum currently operates as an unincorporated community group.
To facilitate the transition, at the Forum meeting on 16 July members will be asked to vote on a special resolution that The Berry Forum be incorporated.

Berry Hotel DA
Feros is lodging an amended DA for the Hotel, based on a 20-room smaller accommodation building, no extension into the grounds of the old CBC bank building and a reduction in alterations within the Hotel building.
Onsite parking for the Hotel proposal is still a major issue. Feros have proposed a total of 22 parking spaces for a maximum of 354 patrons compared to the 92 required based on its own survey results.
