Transition to an Accredited Community Forum
Council has adopted the Accredited Community Forum (ACF) model, which requires all CCBs to be incorporated.
At the Forum meeting on 16 July members voted unanimously to approve a special resolution that The Berry Forum be incorporated.

Berry Hotel DA
Feros has lodged an amended DA for the Hotel, based on a 20-room accommodation building, no extension into the grounds of the old CBC bank building and a reduction in alterations within the Hotel building.
Onsite parking for the Hotel proposal is still a major issue. Feros have proposed only 19 parking spaces for a maximum of 354 Pub patrons compared to the 94 spaces required based on its own survey results.
