Beach Rd major subdivision DA

DA24/2388 has been lodged for subdivision of the Cleary Bros sand mining operations from the surrounding rural land.

Submissions from Berry Landcare and the Gerroa Environmental Protection Society have identified significant deficiencies in the information provided with the DA.

Berry Hotel DA

Following the Land & Environment Court refusal, Feros announced they intend to relodge a DA for the Hotel in the near future.

They have again committed to seek “feedback from the community”.

We will provide updates when they become available.
