This Planning Proposal received a Gateway Determination in September 2018. Although it is not yet ready for public exhibition, a number of studies have been completed. One of the more contentious impacts is the visual impact of the development and a report has been prepared for Council on providing a 20 metre vegetation corridor on the south side of the development – this is currently before Council for endorsement and the proponent has stated they will incorporate the corridor into their concept masterplan.
The report includes the following concept development plan showing around 130 lots on the 15 ha site
If Council endorses the report, further studies/work can then be completed – these would include components such as DCP/CP amendments. When this work is completed it will presented for agreement by Council prior to Public Exhibition.
