Council Updates
The Financial Review Panel met for the first time on 3 December.
The business case for new material resource facility in West Nowra is under review
Berry Hotel RA23/1022
Total of 369 objections and 3 in support; Community donations $8,000.
Council’s lawyer has been advised of the seven speakers for the Court hearing.
We need to encourage residents to use the online link at 10.30am Friday.

Special General Meeting 12 December
The March 2023 Forum meeting decision to hold regular meetings quarterly, and special meetings as required will be ratified by a vote to amend the constitution.
Berry Flood Action: meeting with Shoalhaven Water on Thursday12 December
Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber wish to discuss the flood impact on insurance premiums with John M.
Brooke has emailed congratulating the Forum on assisting residents re the pool decision.
Berry DCP and HCA: status
BDHS is creating documents to inform/educate various stakeholders on the need for a DCP & HCA and what they mean for property owners, businesses and the community.
