Berry Hotel DA
Following the Court refusal, Feros announced they intend to relodge a DA for the Hotel. Community reps attended a briefing with the Feros CEO on 6 August to discuss revised plans.
Parking requirements for the Berry Hotel proposal are a major issue. Feros have proposed a total of 26 parking spaces for a pub capacity of 389 patrons compared to the 142 required based on their own survey results.
