The NSW Government has consulted widely with stakeholders throughout 2020 and the community in recent months to develop a draft, updated Illawarra Shoalhaven Regional Plan 2041 that is now on exhibition for your feedback, comment and ideas until 17 December.

The Regional Plan provides vision and direction to guide planning and land use decisions over the next 20 years to drive job creation, housing diversity and vibrant, green, liveable communities.

It is the NSW Government’s blueprint to ensure the ongoing prosperity and growth of the dynamic region that is made up of the Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, and Shoalhaven local government areas.

Read and give your feedback on the draft Illawarra Shoalhaven Regional Plan 2041. It is vital to help shape the plans that will continue to guide the future of your region.
