Berry Hotel RA23/1022
We will review the joint expert report on traffic and parking.
Peter and John J to draft a summary of what an acceptable DA would look like.
Gareth has supported obtaining Gateway approval for the Princess St HCA.
Beach Road DA for Cleary Bros land subdivision
We will send a Forum submission to Council in support of the Berry Landcare and Gerroa EPS submissions. Earlier environmental requirements for use of the land have been omitted from the DA and need to be addressed.
57 Victoria St
Residents opposite the Courthouse advised of trees being removed in ‘line with a DA’ according to the contractor. They were on Council land in the heritage conservation area. Action: Stuart to follow up with Council
Resident 40km/h proposal – a draft newsletter was discussed, amended and agreed.

Berry Flood Action. (John M)
Town Creek is now no longer a creek and is designated as a storm water drain. It is silting up because of nutrient levels. John is meeting with the Northern Districts Engineer to discuss what can be done regarding flooding.
Chamber of Commerce: (John J)
Michelle Bishop may be taking over as President.
General Business – The Berry Bowling Club is addressing use of its land for camping with self-contained vans. Access has ceased whilst the Club considers potential lodging of a DA.
